The final leg of our Europe trip was Portugal and what a final leg it was. Portugal really hits the spot with things I like - delicious food, intricate architecture, beautiful water features, and a laid-back vibe. The ocean breeze whilst sipping on Sangria after spending almost two weeks in the dry desert of Morocco was quite literally a much needed breath of fresh air.

You could leave me in Portugal and I’d be happy.
